7. Add in chocolate chips gently stirring with a spoon until mixture is evenly mixed throughout the batter.
8. Drop in rounded tablespoonfuls, on a cookie sheet,or baking pan.
9. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
10. Watch your cookies closely, do not overcook.

Procedure:

2 and a half cups water 625ml
1 tablespoon lemon juice 15ml
2 teaspoon grated lemon rind paper thin slices lemon 10ml

How to Make It

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prepare a 12-inch pizza pan by lightly applying cooking spray, and then set aside until needed.

Using a large mixing bowl you will add the cake mix, butter or margarine and 1 cup of the quick oats and then beat on a low speed setting until the mixture becomes crumbly. You may have to use clean hands to thoroughly combine the mixture. Reserve 1 cup of the crumbs in order to prepare the topping and set aside until needed.

Blend the egg into the remaining crumbs until well mixed. Press this mixture onto the prepared pizza pan and then place in the oven to bake for about 12 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool until needed. While waiting for the crust to bake you can prepare the topping. Add the reserved crumbs, the remaining quick oats, nuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon together and beat until thoroughly combined.

Pour blueberry pie filling onto the pizza crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle with the crumb mixture over the blueberries. Return pizza to the oven to bake between 15 to 20 minutes or until the crumb topping is a light golden brown in color. Remove from oven and allow the dessert pizza to completely cool before cutting into individual wedges or squares for serving to family, friends and guests.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted and cooled slightly

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 cup mashed really ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not instant)

1 cup chopped nuts, optional

In a medium size bowl whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg until well blended and set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Beat in the mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula if necessary to make sure everything is well blended.

Stir in the flour mixture with the mixer on low speed or with a wooden spoon just until combined. Stir in the oats and nuts (if using) just until combined.

Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes (or up to 6 hours) to firm up. (If the dough is too soft, the cookies will spread too much.)

When you are ready to bake the cookies, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. For best results line cookies with silicone liners or parchment paper. Alternatively, you can use ungreased cookie sheets.

Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets about 3 inches apart.

Bake the cookies until their edges are golden brown, but they are still soft on top, about 15 to 17 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the cookies rest on cookie sheets for several minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack with a spatula and allow them to cool completely before storing.

* 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 4 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 10-inch tube pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter or margarine and 2 cups of the sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla and the eggs one at time beating mixture well after each egg.
3. Combine flour with baking powder and baking soda. Add alternately with sour cream to egg mixture. Beating just enough after each addition to keep batter smooth.
4. Combine walnuts, cinnamon, and remaining 3/4 cup of sugar.
5. Spoon 1/3 of the batter into prepared pan, sprinkle with 1/3 of the walnut mixture. Repeat layers two more times.
6. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 70 minutes or until center is done. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove pan and let cake continue cooling on a wire rack.
